Track stars, trail junkies and everyone in between — our new Track or Trail series has something for you! The Fleet Feet Running Club is excited to introduce a new program that lets you decide between two different workouts in one convenient location.
We will meet at the Schenley Oval at 7:30am and you can choose between a speed workout on the track, or explore the trails in the park. Two coaches will be on sight so no matter what level you’re at, someone will be there to guide you through the workout. This is a great opportunity to mix up your weekly runs and try something new!
The workouts are free and all abilities are welcome.
