The 1 hour yoga practice will be infused with aromatic plant extracts, known as essential oils. You’ll also receive a practical and inspiring introduction to the uses of essential oils, including their many physical and emotional benefits for well-being. Everyone who attends will take home a complimentary essential oil and have the opportunity to make bath bombs! The biggest yoga series of the summer is back! Join all of your fellow yogis in Market Square each Saturday for a free hour-long flow. Classes will be held every Sunday morning and Wednesday evening and will feature a different Pittsburgh instructor.
Make your way over to North Park for a vigorous two- to three-mile hike. Unwind with an introductory level yoga flow and meditation sequence. The Yoga Hike is the perfect balance of sweat and relaxation for your Sunday!
Come smell the flowers and do a little downward dog while you're at it. The Pittsburgh Botanic Garden is hosting yoga in front of the Lotus Pond so you can work out with a view.
Join us for ZOOmba & Zen, a wildly unique fitness series that offers a rare opportunity for participants to connect with their inner animal. Find your Zen during our one hour Kundalini Yoga class designed for all levels of yogis from beginner to advanced. This class will guide you through a series of gentle yoga poses to help you release your stress and calm your mind while strengthening your body. Or zoom your way through the Zoo to our ZOOmba class, a high-energy, cardiovascular workout that will energize your body and uplift your soul. All ZOOmba levels welcome!
Summer is finally here! Enjoy the warm weather with a $5 yoga class in the River Front Park. Stormy weather brewing? Not to worry — sessions will be moved to the enclosed dock space so you can namaste by the river anyway!
